I originally sent an inquiry via email for installing a Zone Offroad lift kit on my Ford Bronco. Aaron was prompt in responding with an estimate and made the process of booking an appointment extremely easy. We agreed on a date and the turn around time was awesome. I was able to drop off the vehicle Friday morning and it was done later that day; I ended up picking the vehicle up on Saturday. I think the price was worth the quality and peace of mind. You can see that all the bolts have torque marks, which I can't say I remember the last time I've seen that done besides on a brand new car. Thank you again Total Off-Road for a wonderful install. Would definitely recommend them to work on your rigs.

Aaron, Mile and the whole team were great! They were extremely helpful and answered all my questions. The day after I got the wheels installed I washed the car and noticed one of the tires had been installed with the white lettering out. I called the store and they fixed it quickly later that day. I've had the wheels for almost a year now and they've held up great! Overall I'm satisfied with the whole experience and can't wait to go back!

I couldn't recommend this off-road shop enough. The best customer service I have had from a mechanic shop in a long time. The price is what made me take my truck here. I had them upgrade my 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 2wd stock rear differential gears to Yukon 3.90 gears. They are very professional and knowledgeable in what they do. They will always call you to confirm your appointment and before work is done to your vehicle. They even offered to pick me up from home when my truck was done. I will definitely be going back here. And if you can't afford parts, upgrades or work to your vehicle, they have a ACIMA financing that is no impact on your credit, which I have used many times in the past.

I was having an issue with the soft top on my Jeep Wrangler and the dealership was saying I had no choice but to replace the whole thing. I took it to Total Off Road for a second opinion and they were able to replace the broken part for significantly cheaper than the dealership quoted me and even got the work done in less time than they had anticipated!
