We fired the Reisch Law Firm andScott Reisch! He and his firm took an almost 10,000 retainer from my wife to defend me! He didn’t do one thing I asked him to do and I ended up getting more charges! They told my wife one thing and told me another since we weren’t allowed to talk at the time! They billed her for things that never happened! They never sent monthly statements as promised in the contract! They lied and deceived my wife and got every dime they could out of her while doing not one thing for me in court! Scott is a cheat, a liar, and a coward! He isn’t trust worthy in any way and any public defender will do a better job than him or his firm!! If you need something unethical done he will do that for you though! He married me to my “alleged victim” while I was incarcerated as part of his plan! Which Is not only unethical but maybe illegal! My wife wrote a letter of intent to sue Scott and his firm for breach of contract and he did return a very small portion of the money he and his firm stole from us but we are currently working with another law firm and are about to sue Scott Reisch and Reisch Law. We have written a detailed letter to the Bar association explaining how Scott deceived and abused our trust.I am so very thankful I fired them before I had to go to trial!

Scott and his team went above and beyond for me in my case. Scott was unable to represent me at my final court hearing because of scheduling issues, so his associate, Michael McCullough, took over. He was personable, confident, and passionate. He spoke with conviction and fought for me until the very end. I highly recommend this firm!

I had met with one of the attorneys at this firm after seeking a low pay/ slow to pay attorney named Michael McCullough upon meeting him l left this office with a good feeling he would help me with my case and genuinely cared about doing his due diligence as a potential client. We sat down and worked out an agreement for retention. I felt good about the case and receiving his help as he made me feel like he was vested in my case and cared to help me with it. I didn’t have the retainer fee at the time and I told him I could pay him Friday when I get paid. He told me that’s fine and to just call him Friday when I get it. So today is Friday. I call him and speak with him and when I spoke with him today it was like speaking with an entirely different person. He didn’t remember any of the details we discussed. He completely blew me off today when I told him I’d bring him the fee when we spoke Tuesday. He asked me to come in Saturday to bring the fee. He didn’t seem very vested or interested like he was on Tuesday when we met. I would say to trust the reviews you see on the firm and seek legal representation elsewhere. If a firm’s attorneys treat potential clients like this then it’s a good chance they entire firm is the same way as their attorneys. If an attorney can’t show you they care for you and want to help you, there’s a good chance they probably won’t.

Although I never got along with my lawyer, Michael McCullough, he did a decent job getting my charges dropped down. However, I was in jail during COVID and I was presented the opportunity to get out early because of it. I had a fellow inmate call Michael to ask him to file the motion to get me out early. He didn’t just not do it, he straight up said no he wouldn’t because I previously had filed a motion to get out early and it was a waste of time. Well, I called a public defender who wasn’t on my case, he was polite enough to file the motion. Even with a DA objection, he had me out a month early the following week. This lawyer I paid would have cost me a month of my life had that public defender not helped. I have contacted the office to ask why that happened with no response. Good luck if you go with Michael, he definitely won’t go the extra mile for you.

Worst lawyer know to man he said $500 to get my ticket solved went to sign a fee agreement claimed he never said $500 then he said he’ll take my word for it like if we didn’t meet about it a week prior it’s really funny how fast he sent me a refund after I had to come back and sign worst law firm ever! I called him to ask about refund he said he didn’t know called him a second time said I could handle this case on my own. It’s really odd I had two other tickets we handled together but I guess people just switch up on you like that just like Mike! Wish there was a 0 star review

Did little to nothing for me in what was supposed to be an "easy case" per McCoullough. I could have represented myself as well or better. I was not represented by Scott but another staff attorney, Mike McCoullough. In my belief Mike oversold (stating he had handled thousands of this type of case) and under performed. He had little to say during the final hearing, mis-stated information and provided little documentation. Could not get a call back from Scott in regard to issues. It took 5-6 requests to even get my original documents back and an original document is missing. Did not provide any insight or advice on how to handle the future procedures. Take your money elsewhere life is short and there are plenty of other attorneys out there.
UPDATE: It's laughable how the Reisch law firm took over a year to respond to my review. They are right, there is going to be a winner and a loser in all cases. However, when you pay for a service you expect just that....service. Which I received nearly none. Then they state that they dispute the facts. Huh? Facts are facts look up the definition. At no point in my original review did I try to remove my personal responsibility leading to the result. I simply reviewed the complete lack of service (I paid for) and lack of follow up. I think the Reisch law firm more than exemplified my original review with this ridiculous response. It also shows exactly the kind of customer service you can expect from them.

Scott took on a marijuana DUI for me and beat it. The public defender encouraged me to take a deal I did not find fair. I received his name from an acquaitance. I have had disappointing legal counsel in the past and have been informed for future use to only use a lawyer if they have positive references. Even if I hadn't of won (which I did win my case) the experience was quite positive. He made me feel cared for as an individual and not just a pay check. He made lots of effort and knows his way around a court room. He also has an amazing repor with every judge and DA we bumped into along the way. I think this makes a huge difference. My bad lawyer was obviously hated by every judge and I paid consequences from that previous experience. I would definitely recommend this law firm to my friends, family, and anyone else.

I talked to 6 different firms on the phone then interviewed 3 in person before choosing legal representation. After about 2 months I knew I had made a mistake, but was fortunate that a family member had had a previous experience with Scott Reisch and his firm. Scott and his associates spent about an hour and a half discussing my case with me and I found the contrast between the firm I had originally retained and the Reisch Law Firm quite dramatic, so I switched... and I was very glad that I did. I did a few things wrong as I proceeded with my case but the one thing I was sure I did that was absolutely right, and that was retaining the Reisch Law Firm to take my case to its conclusion. I was consistently impressed by the level of professionalism, knowledge of how to best handle my particular case, connections with the legal community, and the personal support I received throughout the whole ordeal... Absolutely first rate! I would not hesitate to recommend the Reisch Law Firm to anyone needing legal representation, and as for myself if I ever need legal counsel again I know who my lawyers will be right from the start.
