*(PHOTOS ATTACHED) I purchased Spec-d Tuning Headlights for my 2015 GMC Yukon XL on Ebay by seller "carpartsinnovate". Shipped quickly, packed nicely, and flat out beautiful out of the box. They installed very easily, thanks to their installation video on Youtube. Within 3 months the lens proved to be defective with lines and shatter type marks consuming the passenger light. It feels smooth on the surface; it's on the inside or in the center of the casing/lens. The driver's headlight looks good, as well as the Spec-D tail lights which I also purchased at the same time. I dragged my feet on addressing the issue and contacted the Ebay seller (carpartsinnovate) within about 6 months. They advised since it was out of their 90 day warranty nothing could be done. I reached out to the manufacturer twice via email with no response. I called their number and spoke to a representative who said since they sell wholesale they do not warranty to the public. It would be up to the seller to provide a warranty. I am disappointed in the product, and the fact no one is willing to stand behind it says a lot. This bad purchase is on me but had I read this review I would NOT have purchased them so hopefully I can save someone else a few bucks.

Do not buy any Spec D products. They are absolutely horrible quality. My Genesis tail lights had LEDs burn out after 5 months of use. This company only offers a 3 month warranty and now I understand why. Their extremely cheap quality products do not last and they will not help you out at all. Do not spend your money on these cheap, disposable products.

I bought some Spec-D Tuning MF-TP002CF tips. One from Amazon, and one from Ebay. They are supposed to be 3" inlet and 4" outlet. When I tried to get them on they were not fitting. I figured since they were supposed to be 3" inlet they just needed the end expanded a bit, so I hit them with an exhaust expander. After this they were still not even close to fitting. Confused at this point I grabbed my calipers and checked the size. The pictures are after expanding the tips, and they are not even close to 3 inch inlet.

I emailed Spec-D tuning, waited 3-days and heard nothing. I called in and talked to someone who told me that I had to deal with the vendors I bought the tips from to return or exchange them.

I can't return or exchange these tips now that they have been expanded. If the tips were sized as specced to begin with I never would have had to try and expand them, or I would have expanded them just enough to slip over a 3" pipe and they would have fit. I explained this and they said they would have someone call me. Someone did call shortly after, but I was not available. No voice mail or return call information was left. I emailed on my original email again that someone had called but I missed it, and requested another call.

This is ridiculous that when the product your company makes does not meet the specs of what you say it is, that you will push the customer back off on the vendor or distributor. Amazon won't take it now that its been expanded and I bought the Ebay tip late last year and it has been sitting. I didn't know it didn't fit until now.

I never even asked for a refund, I didn't want one. I just wanted new un-expanded tips so I could weld something up that would work.

I buy a lot of car parts for my Hellcat. The Hellcat community has been discussing buying Spec-D side markers. Unfortunately this is the experience I have had to share when other people in the community when they ask about Spec-D Tuning.

Edit: I'm not leaving anything here publicly. If you can find my side marker order you can find the info required to contact me to make this right. Why does it matter where they were bought? It's your product that isn't the right size, stop putting the responsibility on Amazon and a random EBay vendor. This wouldn't be a problem if it was right in the first place. One tip was bought 6 months ago and never used until I got a second one. You made the product. You sold the product to a vendor. Somewhere along the way I bought the product. Everyone has gotten paid and benefitted in the supply chain but me. I got screwed. Just replace the tips with new ones, I will even ship you these ones. I don't care if they are also an incorrect size at least I can weld them up and get them to fit then. I can't weld expanded tips now.

Contact me to arrange replacement of these tips or I will file a BBB complaint for misrepresenting the product being sold, why is it so hard to support YOUR PRODUCT?

2011 Toyota Tacoma. Purchased a set of Spec D headlamp for my truck. Just after one year when the warranty was expired the headlamp integrated turn signal stopped working due to moisture that somehow got into the lamp assembly. They won’t warranty their product after one year. They won’t repair their product. They won’t sell one unit to replace my faulty unit. They basically will not or can not help me.
Their solution is that I purchase another set.
No Thanks.
I will not be doing business with a company that will not stand by their product or at the least repair faulty products.

Ordered headlights for Lexus which arrived with no working bulbs and test harnesses attached. GFORCE refuses to refund the purchase and sent pictures of damaged headlights that clearly were a different vehicle during the Amazon claims process.

Bought a pair of projector headlights for a 2007 civic. Poor quality. Light fixtures that hold the bulb in came apart 4 months after purchase. Junk product… I recommend looking for something else.

Don't Do It!! Horrible warranty and customer service. Purchased headlights for Toyota Tundra part # 2LHP-TUN14-RS five and a half months prior to this review. The left headlamp and built in bar went out. Customer service stated there was no repair kit and I would have to replace them. Figuring they were under six months old I would be shipping them back for a replacement. Not the case. Was told I could buy another set. No offer of warranty, replacement or even help with the replacement. Why the H#*L would I buy another set if they can't even give me an original set that is able to make it past 6 months. I have never dealt with a worse response from a company for any car I have upgraded or customized. Spec D, you got me once, enjoy it because it won't happen again!

Bought tail lights and barely got a year out of them and they went out. Lights are sealed and can only be fixed for almost the same price you payed for them. Really poor product unfortunately because they look great. I would recommend buying a different set from a place that has confidence in the product they sell with a warranty that last longer than 90 days. Check other reviews, same issue....buyers beware!
