Thanks for your deep and meaningful reply it means a lot to me unfortunately the fact remains I’m still around £5000 down because I did business with you
keep clinging to the straw that the other garage somehow caused all the damage when they replaced one seal
they are probably responsible for the damage to the alloys/tyres and paint that the car arrived with?

Just cause you haven’t heard from me in 4 months doesn’t mean anything these things take time, I am simply posting a review of my experience with you. going back and forth in public with every customer who’s had an honest bad review of you isn’t very professional either

I think they need some training on understanding the definition of “pristine condition”
£4-5k out of pocket after dealing with this company
Legal process is ongoing

We all know buying and selling cars is a minefield, and no mater who we are we just don’t know what can happen. It’s only been a couple of days but I am loving my new i40, the guys at this dealership are really honest and straight to the point no messing, no time wasting. Buying confidence. I bought my Fiat Tipo from the guys at R Line for a great price althoug after picking up, a fault developed meaning the car was loosing power and sluggish. The guys asked me to bring it straight back and worked through the problem and ended up replacing the turbo. All the guys were really good and kept me I formed what was going on. I've picked the car up and would highly recommend R Line for the price and service.

I had an amazing experience buying my car from they were quick in sorting out delivery of vehicle which was in mint condition I haven't had to wait on phone calls or waiting on them answering calls they were quick in doing everything. The car came clean and tidy and the driver took the time to show me how the car works and the different specs I would definitely buy another car from as they made me feel comfortable in the choice I made and the after care has been great too.
