My journey with R-Homes was quite lengthy, filled with both ups and downs. There were delays, sometimes due to the leisurely pace of Miami City, and at other times because of typical mistakes in the construction industry that can be frustrating for clients. Nevertheless, the final result of my home is fantastic. It’s beautiful, well-built, and has not only met but exceeded my expectations. I did have my disagreements with R-Homes and expressed my frustrations, but I remained dedicated to the project, just as they were committed to it. They showed remarkable patience and supported me in numerous ways. They stayed true to their promises, ultimately delivering a stunning home and fulfilling all commitments made during the process. Their integrity is commendable. I am especially thankful for my salesperson and primary contact, Reynaldo Gonzalez. Rey is an outstanding professional—patient, friendly, and passionate. He helped calm me during the toughest times and consistently went above and beyond, treating me not just as a client but as a fellow human being.
