Though I am still waiting for my physical hard copy of my completed tax documents, because I filed from out of state since I moved, the customer service was, as always, exemplary. It’s been this way for well over twenty years of using them. I want to especially mention the office assistants Jason and Gregory, in the Long Beach, NY, office, I also appreciate the agent Quinn Harrison for helping out from another office, as he filled in for my last tax preparer, who was out due a bad accident. The e-signature was a bit difficult to find, and complete, from the email that was sent to me to complete. I hope that can be improved in the IPhone process.

Great environment to do business, caring and compassion staff. Upon enteringthe long beach office the first thing we notice was that they following the covid 19 protocols which made me and my dad felt comfortable. Their level of professionalism is exceptional. At B&R they treat us like family and everyone that I recommend love doing business at the Long Beach location.
Secondly, I personally wanted to thank the entire staff for making my father so relax and confident when he came in to do his taxes.
My father wanted Mr. Steven Choque to know because of his expertise and positive attitude he will be a client for life at R&B

I have been going to R&G Brenner for 15 years at least ... I have had nothing but good experiences there ... First with the late Peter and now with Pearl Harwood for many years .
Pearl is a lovely , kind ,efficient , professional woman and a true asset to the company ..

I don't know how this place has so many good reviews. I had a terrible experience. Not only did they charge me over $600 for my personal relatively simple taxes but they messed them up and I had to pay back taxes and penalties as a result.
I've since found someone that charged 1/5th of the price and delivered far better service.

This is the first time I did not prepare my tax returns and it was a lot easier and less aggravating than in previous years. The price I was charged seems to be a typical charge for the preparation of my type of tax returns. I received a printed copy of the returns R&G Brenner electronically filed, filled out forms for estimated tax, instructions on what I had to send to the IRS and state tax authority and addressed envelopes for mailing to the tax agencies.
