I worked here. If you take pride in your work I would run in a different direction. You got layers of BS here. Not only does my 1 star review say it there's about a hundred more. if you're a pool company owner you should let your customers know what day you're going to be in their backyard. I'm just saying. Please do this, so that your employees get the respect they deserve.

My pool has never been clean! They fix things that aren't broken, overcharge for parts & services, send inexperienced people to barely clean the pool for 10-15 min max each week and miss critical maintenance that has cost me hours of frustration and hundreds of dollars. They try to get business by doing pool inspections on new home purchases, DO NOT get caught using them. Stay away from this company. Do not recommend.

When I purchased my home in Glendale one year ago, the pool and spa were very very green! I couldn't even tell how deep it was. R&R was recommended to me and I am still using them for my maintenance. I will certainly keep you posted on how they do this year as well as it's important to have a company you can rely on.

Well, here is the update to my review and unfortunately I had to reduce the number of stars as they have constant turn over, the dates of service constantly change and now they are giving notice of less than 24 hours of price increases. So disappointing after using them for so long.

So editing my review upwards as they have done a better job with communication and consistency with pool techs so I am currently satisfied and they might just get their 5 stars back soon! I think its important to exhibit when a business is improving!!

Brian cleans our pool every week and does an amazing job everytime. He's super friendly and knowledgeable and truly cares about taking care of not only the pool but also that we enjoy using it. Couldn't ask for a better person to have!

Just had a pool inspection done on my home for the buyer and now I see why these clowns only have 2 stars on Google. They left my pool heater turned on and turned off my automatic cleaning system. They also gave estimates for items that don't need repaired. Don't waste your time with this company.

Worst pool inspection company I've ever used. No knowledge of pools and shouldn't be doing any inspections. They don't even deserve 1 star. Look at the other reviews they all say the same thing. Don't waste your money with these clowns.

Unfortunately I have had the same issue time and again. A tech will show on an unscheduled day without warning at times despite my repetitive efforts to ensure good communication. Management fails to make improvements.

Update! I stopped service with this company about 6 months ago. Today I finally took the plunge and learned how to take apart my pump to clean/replace the filter cartridges. I admit, I waited WAY too long. Once again, disappointment set in. R&R staff installed a filter upside down. It even says DOWN on the bottom and the bands around the filter have writing that should be right side up when installed.

First regret, ever hiring this company. Second regret, not firing them sooner. To anyone looking to save money in this insane economy, I HIGHLY recommend you take over yourself. The start up costs to get material (chemicals and such) can be a wee bit tough I admit. In the end, I'm saving HUNDREDS every year.

R&R was recommended to us when we bought our home earlier this year. Not only is this our first home but our first pool! Brett was great and so patient with us on his initial visit. He went over the entire system with us so we could get the ball rolling. We take care of our pool day to day but when we had a pipe start leaking he was my first call. He came out and did a superb repair job. The replacement pipes and fittings look fantastic! He also took the time to answer some more questions we had about the pool and walked us through it all over again. Brett is my go to for all my repairs. I am very loyal to people and business that are fair and provide excellent service. Brett goes above and beyond every time. Thank you so much Brett! You’re the Best!
