Couldn’t have been happier with the service received from Rueben on a Friday afternoon.

Had a clog in my house and after attempting two different augers (3 and 6 foot) and seeing no results with the drainage of my toilet I figured I would call a professional.

Rueben answered the phone and was in the middle of driving at 3:50 on a Friday afternoon and had to call me back in a few minutes. Once he called me back (5 min later) he was able to give me his ETA (which I wasn’t expecting because of the time and the day and the holiday weekend.

He showed up with great energy and was able to diagnose the issue within two min of checking my downstairs toilet. He asked the right questions did a small test and was able to talk me through the pipes of my house. I learned a lot from his time here and he even showed me some proactive solutions for my septic tank as well as pipes.

Would highly recommend him and his team for anyone that is looking for professionalism and experience to fix the problem fast !

had Ruben come out to our home to install a faucet on a bathroom and various other things at our home. I contacted Ruben in reference to my faucet having a leak that he installed a couple days later. He said he would come back around and sent him messages to rectify the installation he did. I have contacted numerous of times. And all he says l'll call you back. lIl put vou on schedule. 50+ days later still no resolution. Bad service, bad customer service. Does not care about a little job.
I would not recommend him to anyone due to the lack of not caring for clients. It's been since 5/31 l've been patiently waiting for him to take care of his job but nothing has happened.
