After purchasing 2 x sofas from DFS I had a huge problem that they washed their hands off and in an extremely rude manner.
I turned to Robert for some advice and help and it was
given, with a very sympathetic view.
He visited my home then took the time to write me a letter to present my case to the Ombudsman.
Due to his kindness and professional opinion I won my case.
He went above and beyond for me and I was not his customer.
I have no doubt I would not have won if it hadn't been for Robert's kindness.
It was nice to win as too many times these BIG companies brush consumers problems aside. Like they mean nothing to them

Was undecided whether to buy a new chair or try and get my own one fixed, phoned Robert, he came out exactly when he said he would to see the job, he gave me a price that was actually under the original quote he gave me, he then done a superb job in the house on the day, fantastic service from start to finish and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere's else.

Delighted with 'new' sofas. Gone are our tired brown leather but very comfy 15 year old( at least) sofas. Hello new filled out lovely tan reupholstered ones. Frrame fixed, very competarive price, good quality leather. Our second job from R&R. No hesitation a tall in recommending

Phoned R and R to get my couch upholstered spoke to Robert and he gave me an appointment to come out he came yesterday,dismantled the couch and took the seating away ,not even 24 hours and he phoned this morning and brought it back OMG its like a brand new couch again I'm absolutely delighted I would highly recommend Robert to anyone for any upholstery, my tresel in the garden had fell off he even took the time to put it all back up, what a gentleman, Thank you so much Robert very much appreciated

My 30 year old leather sofa was requiring quite a bit of tlc, and part of our difficulty was that we've changed the layout of the house since we moved in, and were no longer actually able to get it out of the house without removing a window! Not a problem...Robert and Oz came and painstakingly dismantled it into smaller parts for removal. A week later it comes back looking like virtually new, stuffed with nice new foam, de-scratched, de-stained, fed, polished and plumped up, and all reinstalled before my eyes. I'm utterly delighted with the quality of the work, and the passion for their craft that goes into every step. I cannot recommend them highly enough

What a very good service. We have just had six dining room chairs re-covered and Robert completed the work on time and to a very high standard. He uplifted them on Tuesday and returned Friday.

Robert was kind enough to visit my 85 year old fathers house to see if he could fix his electric recliner chair (mechanism stopped working) however: he couldn’t fix it and advised he would contact his supplier for advice and he would get back to me……..BUT this didn’t happen. I called and left a voicemail message asking what was happening with his supplier. I also asked to at least let me know if he can’t help further. Robert never called back. Poor service. Wouldn’t recommend someone who just leaves an elderly gentleman wondering what’s happening.
