Polite, professional & responsive. As a replant from Chicago, I spent a couple weeks going to every wheel shop in Miami and Fort Lauderdale area. I decided to go with Preferred after stopping by and talking with Joey. He’s extremely knowledgeable, and helped me find the right wheels on my budget after my 1st and 2nd choices were discontinued. I’m going to be going back to Preferred for all my customizations on my Audi. Thanks a ton Joey for making this such an unusually great customer experience in S FL!!!!

I did a lot of researching before deciding on Preferred Customs. I am so impressed and happy with the results to my car. Joey, is very friendly and will answer any question you ask of him as well as give you his professional advice on other items related to your car if you ask. I would HIGHLY recommend taking your German auto to him for anything he offers.

Couldn’t believe how incredibly knowledgeable these guys are. I met the owner Joey he not only finished tuning my car sooner then when was promised but had the car detailed for me when I came to pick it up! Thanks Joey definitely coming back for the downpipes

I decided to do a few mods to my 2015 Audi SQ5. The first thing I noticed about dealing with Joey is that he has great follow up. He also patiently answered all of my questions. The whole shop has a great vibe and everyone is courteous and professional. They ran right on time and finished up the work quickly and efficiently. In this day and age where many shops are not honest, they were a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend them!

Best place for any of your aftermarket tuning and service needs! Got apr stage 1 on my b9 s4, Joey shipped my ecu out took great care of my car and within one day I had my car back! Also needed to make an exchange and Joey was great help throughout the whole process. He is very honest and never tried to take advantage like most shops do. Joey really always does what he can to help and I will be back for more mods soon!

Extremely knowledgeable, Joey is my go to guy for all performance parts I order. Clean shop , with quality installs and most import honesty. Thanks for the exhaust install (with Bluetooth connection) , APR tune, bushings install. Next review coming soon as Joey is installing my side skirts and rear diffuser. Jack of all trades.
