John is fantastic. We had our jockey wheel fall off our van just as we were about to reverse into our storage spot and John just happened to be driving through the site so I flagged him down(he was there to meet another person) and he sorted us out there and then. An absolute life saver and cannot recommend him enough. We would definately use him again.

On time, very knowledgeable, fair, honest and friendly.
John came to look at my van’s boiler within 24 hours of my call. In the end it was more my user error than fault with the van but he did all the necessary checks and refused to charge as he was already in the area that day.
Top chap - I will return to him for my service later in the year.

John has serviced our caravan for years and there are none better. My caravan went in to have some warranty work and they ruined my motor mover. John came over and fixed the problem which meant we could go away. If you want good honest workmanship carried out with complete professionalism then look no further, best money you will ever spend.

John has been looking after my van for the last 2 years, he’s straight talking from the hip and gives you things as they are. His work is faultless as is his support. 2 years ago we where new to caravanning and had no idea. John Was at the storage yard servicing somebody else’s van and could see we were struggling with something, he came over and helped us immensely and showed us what we needed to do when we asked how much we owed him as he repaired something that had happened to the van he told us nothing. He has subsequently serviced our van for the last two years and every time it’s done on time and incredibly well. On numerous occasions John has gone above and beyond on one particular holiday I sent him a text message as we thought we had a gas leak this was a Sunday evening he phoned me back and talked me through checking whether we had a leak or if there may have been another problem he needn’t have done that. Only today I called him as we bought a new caravan home yesterday but found that the lights were faulty which indicated the hitch cable may have been problematic, John knew we were going away at the weekend and on his travels today popped into our storage yard and replaced the hook up cable and plug and just said to pay him when we saw him next he is beyond doubt somebody that everyone should know if they have a caravan. Thanks John for yet again going above and beyond.
