Business was very responsive! Sent an inquiry over the weekend, and they got back to me immediately after their business hours restarted after the weekend. They pretty much had what I ordered overnighted and delivered to me next day on a Saturday! I was assisted by Rob who was very helpful. Seems like he loves what he does, loves the products, and loves brands they provide services for. Whenever I had an issue or question, Rob always returned my messages within a very reasonable wait time. Highly recommend. For those that it may apply to, I purchased Unitronic tuning hardware, and software for ECU & TCU for a MK8 Golf GTI. If you're looking for a supplying Unitronic dealer, or require some of their other services, I highly recommend KMD Tuning. They even included a personable message in the package which I thought was a really nice touch. Its the little things that they thought of that just makes the experience all the more pleasing. Great shop for any euro cars in the north jersey area. Have only ever done maintenance stuff but lots of awesome cars getting work done on their social media. Great communication and just so easy to deal with and Rob does a fantastic job with it all. Highly recommend
