Absolutely incredible shop, best I’ve ever been to. installed downpipes, an MHD tune, plugs, coilpacks, did an oil change, and diagnosed a boost leak on my M5 in less than 2 days. They kept me updated the entire time, didn’t have to ask, and they didn’t recommend anything the car didn’t actually need. Eugene was a huge help, along with Conner. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I’ll be more than happy to drive the 4 hours to their shop, it’s absolutely worth it.

Kennedy is the ONLY shop in 500 miles that trust to work on my E92. Their work is top-shelf, their knowledge of N54 engines (and newer) is amazing, and the service is very personal. I hadn't had any work done in over a year, and when I called to make an appointment, before even speaking, Eugene knew who I was, what I drove and talked to me like I was old friend. The pricing is very reasonable and they approach diagnosis, repair, and even performance tuning like you're person who works for their money, and not an overstuffed wallet with legs. They are by far the best repair shop, and BMW performance shop I've worked with, and whom working with has actually been a genuine pleasure.

They very helpful and friendly,, Conner recommended for IRL exhaust for my BMW M4 competition, after installed , it’s sound so good , deeper, and aggressive ,, that’s exactly what I really wanted, also they installed MST Performance cold air intake too ,, I was so pleased with Kennedy Performance Center,, I will go back there if I need more custom on my M4 !

They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle and I was very impressed with how it turned out. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs, as I lived 2 1/2 hrs away. If you’re looking for people that you can trust and superior customer service, this is the place for you. I will definitely be going back in the future for all my BMW parts and service.
