Ich war mit einen Leihwagen unterwegs und müsste mich an der Zapfsäule erstmal orientieren, da war schon jemand vom Service und hat mir geholfen.

Weil der Wagen auf einem Reifen zu wenig Druck anzeigte, hat der Mitarbeiter dieses auch gleich geprüft,

Weil ich es in Deutschland so einen tollen Service nicht gewöhnt bin, habe ich dann einen großen Fehler begangen und den Mitarbeiter kein Trinkgeld (Tip) gegeben, dafür möchte ich mich entschuldigen.

Very knowledgeable, good service. Chris plugged my tire for me 2 years ago. It's still on the road. They also pulled out something I ran over and didn't charge me.

On vacation and got a screw in my tire when i was an hour from arrival in RI. I brought it to the only tire place open on a late Saturday afternoon. They couldn't repair the tire and would have sold me a tire if they had 1 in stock. I saw reveiws for this place which was across from where i was. I came to Johnny's first thing Monday morning and they fixed the tire right away and had me on my way back to NY state within 10 min. It was like my own pit crew. They gave me the screw back as a souvenir. Way cheaper than a new tire. Fantastic place.

They did not have time for me, but they made time and that made all the difference I am extremely grateful. I have not had good luck with mechanics on the island so far, but I am definitely going back to Johnny’s.

I've been going to Johnny's for a few years. Just yesterday I went elsewhere spur of the moment for a simple oil change and left with my check engine light on and a stalling car. I am so grateful to have gone to Johnny's today where I was quickly accommodated. Andrew quickly fixed the issue that suddenly appeared after an oil change, getting me back safely on the road. He is a genuine, honest person. I won't be going anywhere else again.

We were in Newport for the day and our car started making a terrible scraping noise. Stopped at Johnny's on our way out of town and they were able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem (rusted out shield on a back wheel). We were on our way in less than 20 minutes and they only charged us $20. What a life-saver! I would definitely trust them to fix my car in the future.

These guys are the best!. They are honest and get the work done in a timely fashion. I was quoted 2000.00 at my dealer to replace an entire system when it just needed a 150.00 pipe! Always go here or at least get their opinion.
