Location was impossible to communicate with over phone. After picking up the U-Haul truck, and heading up to our first stop I needed to get answers about tolls and type of gas to refill the tank but after trying to call the location more than 10 times, nobody answered. When I returned the truck I asked the owner about the communication problem and his answer was that the phone was “too far” for him to hear it (over a period of more than 2 hours!) and offered no apology or sympathy. I was blown away by the unprofessional and irresponsible attitude. Never renting for there again.

Viene a este estupendo lugar después de salir super decepcoonado de un restaurante -- cafeteria villaclara-- que se encuentra solo a la vuelta de este maravilloso lugar. Estupenda atención, nada de esperas inexplicables y lo mejor te hacen sentir super bien. Pero ademas una muy amable señora me ofreció "Venezolanas de queso"; yo no sabia que era pero su invitación fue imposible de rechazar. Me deboré esa empanada de queso, no miento me parecio (otra vez) Super deliciosa jajaja. En serio les recomiendo ese lugar tiene muchos productos como pandebonos, sandwiches, y mil más que no se van a arrepentir. Mil gracias J&R.

I love it here their coffee is always good and tequenos, and empanadas are so good. I go there before class. The staff is really friendly as well. They also have a little deli and make Cuban sandwiches there.

Aqui puedes comprar todo lo que necesites de momento. Es pequeño pero muy bien surtido. Los empleados muy atentos, amistosos y siempre dispuestos a tenderte con mucho cariño. Maravilloso este lugar. Soy clienta asidua.

Bad customer service bad empanadas. It's as if they really do want to be there. After waiting and looking at them I finally had to say can I get service I ordered the empanadas and to my surprise they were really bad. It had been a while since I was there last, but it has changed to the be not so good. I was very disappointed
