I highly recommend IBT! Took my mom’s Honda CRV 06’ that she just bought from fbmp in for an inspection and turns out it had tons of problems and was basically a lemon. I was able to see everything that was wrong with the car while it was lifted and Tony did an amazing job explaining to me why I heard certain sounds and why the car was acting a certain way. I even took pictures. It had a major transmission oil leak, engine piston rings were wearing out so it had blow by, ac connections were jacked up and even more! After the thorough inspection Tony was honest and let me know that I should just sell that car and get a new one. I was hurt, but I had to get over it. The next day he helped inspect a Toyota RAV4 13’ I wanted to buy by stoping by the dealership, helped me negotiate with the dealer on the new car by telling me what to say and helped me negotiate and get more money for the lemon car as a trade in. Since I live in Houston I can now rest assured that my mom will be in a safe working vehicle. I appreciate Tony so much!

First off I’d like to say as an individual the shop owner Tony is a genuine cool dude. That being said I brought my car in to the shop about two months ago for a coilover installation and an oil change. The coils I bought required that I use the OEM top hats from my vehicle. When I brought my car in Tony asked me if I wanted to use my top hats and I said yes. I got the car back and everything was fine. Fast forward to now it turns out my top hats were actually worn down and really bad, me thinking Tony the professional would mention this to me I didn’t bother to look under my hood and look until it was too late. Now I’m having to order a whole new damper/shock absorber to install myself because the center piston from the shock is now snapped due to it having too much play/wiggle room inside the shock mount/top hat. In the future you should mention to an inexperienced customer that maybe we should delay the installation until a newer part is installed.
