Elite Leisure had our Coachman caravan in their workshop for approximately a month to investigate and replace 2 window seals at the front that had suffered water ingress. We constantly had to chase what was happening, they never once contacted us to let us know how things were going. We contacted them on 19th May after nearly 3 weeks to ask what was happening as we had planned to go away the following week, only to be told the seals were being fitted that day and all being well we could collect the following week for our trip. We collected the van on Tuesday, 23rd May 2023. Looking back we should have checked the van over but just assumed all would be well. When we got her home we noticed a black scuff mark down the offside, from the front corner, along the side window and the kitchen window. We rang Elite straight away to be told “it hadn’t happened in their workshop”. This we found disgraceful for a NCC approved workshop.
