Hands down amazing service! Stopped in to get a nail removed and patched. I’ve been a loyal Firestone customer for 10+ years. After being given a min. 4 day wait time, from 4 different locations around the city, I just drove into the Discount Tire I pass every day on my way home from work. The team helped me immediately, completed the work quickly, all at no cost. I will only buy my tires from Discount Tire from now on. I had a flat tire and was running behind on a trip. They got me in fast. Fixed my tire, hooked me up with 2 new tires and a nice set of windshield wipers to prepare for winter. The bill didn't give me a coronary and everybody was super friendly and awesome!! I always have gone to Discount and I always will. Great service and great people. ? Thank you.

Everyone here has been very pleasant, but the delay is unreasonable. I had a 9:45AM appointment, for which I showed up 1 hour early (8:45). I received an estimated completion time of 9:53AM and it is now 10:50AM and my car is still not completed. No one explained there would be a delay and the only thing I was told was my car would be done early…and quickly. Neither of which happened. We can’t win them all, but this was disappointing. Vehicle finally completed at 11:06AM. They apologized for the delay, attributing it to only having 3 out of 4 tires, but I was told yesterday when making the appointment all 4 tires were in stock. Additionally, they could have old me prior to initiating work there would be a delay and I would have structured my day differently. Major fail in communication.

Trey helped me at this Discount Tire location. He was great. I had never shopped at Discount Tire before. This location was recommended to me by my mechanic at South Birch Auto. This was a great experience as Trey talked to me and showed me options. The price was right and I did need new tires. Thank you Trey.

Went to get my tires filled before I drove back to Albuquerque and the technician informed me that one of my wheel rims was lifted and leaking air and I’ve been meaning to get my front tires replaced so I asked them to replace the lifted wheel and the tires. About 1.5 hours after leaving Denver, the “leaking tire and wheel” that was replaced went flat. I called Discount to see if they could tow my car to the nearest Discount Tire and the first guy I talked to told me that they couldn’t do that because “I probably ran over a nail” and needed to call a tow truck to their location which would have costed me well over $400. After some persistence I was finally put on the phone with another gentleman named Dave who called me a tow truck without any resistance and I was able to get another new tire reinstalled with no extra costs to me. The technician that worked on my tire did not put the seal to the new tire sensor on correctly and eventually it went flat on the road. I give 5 stars to Dave for being so kind and helping me (give that man a raise) but unfortunately the service from the other technicians and complications brought this review to 3 stars.

I went to two dealerships, Midas and Costco…. Balanced tires each time…. Discount tire was the only place that helped me identify the visible cupping issues my tires had and they mounted my new tires perfectly and quickly. Phillip was great! Go see him!
