Extremely happy with all aspects of our dealings with Brownhills. From purchase to collection. The handover was done so well our night on site went very smoothly. Couple of tweaks needed to be done next morning but again customer service was amazing. Carol on reception was so friendly and helpful. The technician that sorted the little issues was really professional and gave us loads of advice and nothing was too much trouble. A real example of how customer service should be done.

We visited here today 11th August 24,as described as one of the biggest motorhome dealers, and first opinions lived upto words but after visiting everywhere we was quite honestly underwhelmed. A huge showroom but 1 A class.?. Now I've got to say no member of staff mytherd us, the cafe and food looked amazing, the accessories shop great. Majority of motorhomes was coach built ones, a few A class in showroom and more in used section. The cafe food is simply divine. Home cooked traditional food and big portions. Staff are amazing in the cafe and so friendly. Places to eat outside with your dog ?. There membership scheme sounds very good indeed. Overall we no doubt will be buying from here and especially coming for the food if nothing else. You won't be disappointed here everyone.

My second motorhome from Brownhills and as with the first one it was once again down to the shere professionalism of Sarah Braithwaite and her devotion to her clients to see that they really get what they are looking for. She came through ? on my first purchase and she has gone off the stratosphere with my latest. I was thinking ordinary, Swift, then she showed me what I really wanted, a classic, K-YACHT 80 and my eyes were opened. Deal done. Thank you Sarah. xx

All the vehicle's were very clean and accessible, with freedom to look around and get a feel for the vehicle. All with offers on them, but obviously still expensive but also probably slightly below the market value.

A nice day out, a very nice coffee, hot and cold food also served in the café.
Came away with loads of options in our heads, different sized vehicles, but all very nice.

It is a major decision to purchase one, but I think once bought, it would be a major factor in your leasure time.

I cannot fault anything with brownhills. The staff are absolutely wonderful including sales, service, support staff, restaurant staff, cleaning and maintenance staff. Prices for motorhomes and accessories are great and the club facilities are a huge bonus. Thank you Brownhills. Keep it up......

Bought a new Eldiss 194 last year and after 9 miles it broke down. Brownhills were superb and looked after us fantastically when all we wanted was to give up. Costumer service so far has been awesome and we are always treated well when we visit and as we are club members we like the pool and spa area when we visit. Only downside is like most dealerships with a workshop it is oversubscribed so there is a bit of a wait. If we were to but another van anytime Brownhills will be our first stop

Been a customer with Brownhills for 20 years .bought 3 new moterhomes from them . We stayed last night on there overnight stay as we usually do .on a long drive back from Spain. We always top up our lpg here .today we did this and unfortunately something went wrong when finished the gas started to leak back out of filler . The salesman went yo get someone from the workshop .,he was told no-one had time to come .we have now had to drive to Durham not knowing if it's safe or not to do so .we are absolutely disappointed discussed at the way we were treated. customer service is appalling.
