In general, I do not trust mechanics and my trust does not come easy. I am from Northern California and there is only 1 shop I trust up there (JHM in lathrop). I now live in Southern California and after trying a few Audi shops down here I felt they either didn't know what they were doing, too expensive or they couldn't fit me in for 3 weeks kinda. AU Tuning was recommended to me so I thought I would give them a shot. From the get go, they are awesome. They were able to fit me in on very short notice for an engine tune and their customer service is honestly flawless. From Dave making the tune happen on short notice to Nick providing great and timely communication or Raz going on a lengthy test drive with me to try and diagnose an issue, I never once felt rushed or like I was bothering them. They genuinely care and want me to be happy with the car. I am extremely happy to have found AU Tuning and I will be coming back here for a long time with both my B5 S4 and my C7.5 A6.

I brought in my V10 TDI Touareg to fix a tandem pump. Not many people know anything about this car. AU was very knowledgeable and helpful in the repair process. I won't trust anyone else to touch my beloved Touareg now that I found this shop. They quoted me a very fair price and kept their word, plus everyone there is super cool. Their services are nothing less than exemplary. The technicians and service writers are knowledgeable and experienced well beyond expectation. And their rates are reasonable and fair priced. I would recommend them to anyone. By far more pleasant and helpful then your traditional technician/mechanic.

I have been to other Audi/VW shops and usually they act like you’re doing them a favor by using them. Not AU. These guys have been awesome and helped me get my Audi dialed in. The team at OC Tuning were SPECTACULAR! I have a 2012 Audi A7 with 100,000 miles on it. Check engine light came on so went to dealer who basically told me that car should be scrapped and would need over $15,000 to fix it. Through a good friend I found out about OC Tuning. Got the car to them and they did a full diagnosis. Yes I did need new fuel injectors and a couple of other items, but nowhere near what the dealer was asking for their repairs. When I got the car back it ran as if it was BRAND NEW! Really nice crew, very responsive to questions, and most importantly, they clearly know how to service German cars at a very fair price. Thrilled with Raz and the team at OC Tuning. They've got my business from now on because they are honest, extremely capable, and very responsive. Thanks OC Tuning! You saved me having to buy a new car :-).

The staff here are quite knowledgeable and helpful. They keep you informed of the status and explain what needs to be done. I had a Tesla with a suspension issue and they helped fix it super quick.
