I had a bad experience here not due to the AGS team dealing with the actually service but instead an independent booking service which didn't book my service in a correct way. My initial negative review was more for the front desk staff.

This mistake in booking the service was not disclosed in a professional manner by the receptionist when I arrived and eventually cancelled the service. I found at that moment the customer service to be lacking although the facilities did seem to be state of the art.

This experience was then followed by a call from a company representative named Andy some days later after posting a 1 star review, who quite professionally explained the problem with the booking, apologized for the bad experience and took the feedback onboard to improve the front desk customer service. I was satisfied with his approach in communication and hence updated my rating of this business.

Resetting the stars to 4 from 1 due to this call.

The service here was fantastic. Ali provides a top class service, within a week of calling he sorted everything and I walked away with my dream car. He went above and beyond. A video call of the car any questions he answered perfectly. The best service I’ve had, especially after a very bad experience this has restored my faith. Overall 10/10

There seems to be a common theme appearing in the reviews over the last six months so I would suggest that there is perhaps a customer service issue developing here. An utter waste of time attending to have a wheel alignment carried out to be turned away after sitting in the waiting area for over an hour. Never return phone calls and complained that I did not give them an opportunity to rectify the situation. When a solution was in fact suggested I was informed they were too busy and couldn't possibly correct the mistake they had made. My advice here is don't waste your time. All staff have telephones on their respective desks but it would appear they are all broken, or at least do not make outgoing calls. Staff deny ever having spoken to you etc etc... Try Motus Commercials Hatfield instead.
