Love our new solid maple dining table top. So impressed with the craftsmanship used to replicate the original top (that was veneer) but in solid wood and that joins perfectly with the original leaves. Highly recommend Ryan Wynne for all of your woodworking needs (furniture, cabinets...). Very professional and courteous. Great local business.

My experience working with R&L woodworking was nothing short of a nightmare. The only positive aspect of the experience was that they do actually make beautiful cabinets, but even so, it is not worth the aggrevation, stress, and anxiety that I experienced throughout the 4 month process of having my 9x9 kitchen made and installed by them. From beginning to end, they treated myself, my husband, and my family (who helped me with the reno) like second rate clients, as if they were doing us a favor by even completing the job that we had paid them to do. They requested payment for every small sliver of work that they performed, and it took them 5 weeks to install a 9x9 foot kitchen which should have taken 1 day, 2 at most. They would show up late Friday afternoon after dodging our calls all week, do a little bit of work, and leave without telling us when they would return to finish the job. They also tried to upcharge us on our countertop after already telling us what the price was during the initial conference/ contract signing. Also, we requested a copy of the contract multiple times, but they never sent it. As if all of this is not bad enough, on their last day of work, they were missing the knobs and pulls that we had selected weeks prior, but they never actually ordered. We were eager to be done with the project and especially with them, so my mother and I ran to Home Depot to buy whatever pulls we could find that would work with our kitchen just so they could finally finish the job that day. When we finally returned home after going to 3 Home Depots, we gave them the pulls and they screwed the holes for the pulls in crooked. They then had the audacity to tell me that "the knobs were defective" when it is a bar pull which is a straight piece of metal and cannot be crooked. Nonetheless, I took their word for it, ordered new pulls from a brand they recommended, and of course they were still crooked. I had my contractor measure and the holes they drilled were very obviously not aligned, so it had nothing whatsoever to do with the pulls. After all of this aggrevation, we would rather just have crooked pulls than have to deal with these people ever again, but I have really never experienced less professionalism, worse customer service, or such a lack of consideration for clients than what I experienced with R&L. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your kitchen cabinet needs!

Zero stars!!! This has to be the worse company ever. In less than 3 months I have 3 cabinets falling apart. The faucet they pushed on me is broken. 3 months later and they still have not repaired it. I call, and call, and call, they don’t respond. My estimate was 25k they nickeled and dime me to $40k to complete. Now they will not return my calls or stand by their work!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. STAY FAR AWAY!!! I have the text in my phone where they refuse to respond. I regret ever using them!!!!

Courtesy, Ethics and Professionalism are what this company is all about. Both owners are extremely experienced and punctual with all projects they are hired for. I would recommend this company for anyone that is looking for quality time tested work done in their house!

Terrible !!!! Finish on cabinets didn’t hold up for 3yrs ! He suggested getting them sprayed by someone . Never buy from them .
