I had an absolutely fabulous experience establishing myself as a new patient of Dr. Agarwal’s. I was able to make an appointment without delay. Her patient portal was easy to navigate and allowed me to input detailed information. I appreciated the text reminders and email communications.

Parking was free and her office was clean and well-maintained. Her office staff was friendly and the office operated in such a smooth manner. I was professionally guided to multiple diagnostic machines with clear, concise, and friendly instructions.

When Dr. Agarwal entered the examination room, I immediately felt comfortable and in good hands. She was personable, friendly, down-to-earth, and a good listener. As others have said, I felt like her family member. Never once did I feel she was talking down to me or over my head. She explained things well and wasn’t shy about giving compliments. I feel so fortunate to have become her patient. I look forward to my next visit and being under her care. I would recommend her in a heartbeat to family and friends.

Dr. Agarwal is incredible such an awesome personality, very friendly approachable and also extremely competent and knowledgeable about any and every question you could possibly throw at her. She is my new ophthalmologist and I will be going to her from now on with my eye problems. her staff is very friendly, punctual and efficient. The office was very clean. Parking was easy and I just enjoyed the entire experience, well as much as you can for going to the Eye doctor.

The doctor came highly recommended. Her practice, however, leaves much to be desired. They have you sign a provider agreement that says you pay for whatever the insurance does not. Seems simple enough, right? Well, if you ever attempt to dispute a bill you are out of luck. They have your credit card on file and will not see you if you don't have one on file. They will also not see you if you have an outstanding balance, never mind that you are disputing said balance. If you ever wish to appeal a denial with the insurance company, the provider will not help you with that either. They will not file provider appeals on your behalf and they will not provide letters of medical necessity so you can file it yourself.

Also note, a copy of your medical records is $75.

Told me my sudden vision loss was permanent with no bedside manner. News that would end my career in aviation found it to be funny in fact.

Scheduled me test that I jumped through hoops for, only to be denied. Then informed by her staff not the doctor. Which the staff then informed me I would have to figure it out. As if I didn't come to the specialist to help me.

If you you're looking for a place to leave you feeling hopeless. And left with more questions than answers. To be spoken with rudely and w/o compassion this is your place.

If those aren't qualities you want in a doctor. I'd suggest somewhere else.

Dr Agarwal is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, understanding and compassionate. She really is brilliant and zeros in on issues quickly. She is an Amazing Dr. Her office staff is super competent, caring and efficient. Highly recommend!!!

I was 45 mins early for my 7:30 am appt. The first thing the rude office girl asked me for was a debit or credit card to put on file for any future missed appointments. I said, “I wasn’t told I needed to bring one.” She then proceeded to tell me I would not be able to attend my appointment. UNBELIEVABLE! Office policy? What a joke! Sounds like they need a new office manager! I plan to report this office procedure to the medical board. Let’s hope they don’t bill my insurance for refusing to see me today.

My neurosurgeon had me come to Dr. Agarwal as a result of my blurred vision. Dr. Agarwal and her staff provided EXCELLENT services to me during my two visits. Dr. Agarwal showed compassion, kindness, and was extremely knowledgeable. I wish I could continue to have Dr. Agarwal as my doctor, but my test results were good, and will not require her services. Dr. Agarwal is a fantastic Opthalmologist! Many professionals are rigid about protocol. Dr. Agarwal doesn't have that problem. Very few professionals are so good at what they do, that they can whistle while they work. This is Dr. Agarwal.
She is very personable and charming, as well as being an ace Opthamologist.
