Bought a caravan about a month ago, excellent service, and hats off to Nick Simpkins our sales chap.

He's put up with a lot of niggles from us (all new vans have teething issues), and he's been spot on all the way through.

If Golden Castle keep up this quality of service for the life of our ownership of the van, then this review won't change.

We're already booked in for the van service next year (try and book your car service in for next year - it ain't happening), and speaking with the service folks, they seem as helpful as as sales.

If you're in the market for a caravan, or motorhome, I'd highly recommend Golden Castle.

Golden castle caravans has been subject of a management buyout led by Alex Pennington.I am pleased to say that the quality of customer service and skill base of the staff remains excellent. I will continue to use this company for my motorhome and leisure needs. Unlike some other local companies the service provided was excellent value and customer not profit driven. Excellent in every respect.

Kevin was really helpful in sorting me out with a new Avtex TV where others couldn't,i was on holiday with my daughter and my current cheaper tv was misbehaving.It was well worth the upgrade too,I'm over the moon.All the staff were really friendly and helpful,I would definitely recommend them and would use again when in the area.A very nice collection of caravans for sale mostly Swift and Coachman from what I spotted,also a nice motorhome caught my eye.A very well organised worshop for services,repairs and habitation checks.
A well stocked shop and treated myself to a kettle, (and why not)
