Wir waren auf der Durchreise mit unserem Wohnmobil als es plötzlich an den beiden Vorderrädern das krachen angefangen hat. Durch Zufall und viel Glück sind wir auf STJ Motorhomes gestoßen. Wir riefen dort an und netterweise haben sie uns dazwischen geschoben. Sie waren sehr nett, super schnell und haben den Schaden sofort behoben. Während der Wartezeit haben wir sogar Tee bekommen. Noch dazu haben wir ein paar Reisetipps bekommen, die mit zu den schönsten Orten auf unserer Reise gezählt haben.
Wenn ihr eine Wohnmobil Werkstatt braucht, dann unbedingt zu STJ Motorhomes gehen!!! Tolle Jungs!

As promised, a couple of photos of our first trip in our Bessecarr 'Vinnie The Van'. Bought from STJ Motorhomes a few weeks ago. Sales team are amazing! John showed us the van, no hard sell at all. We had to delay pick up due to hubby breaking his arm but they were accommodating and so helpful. John showed us around every inch of the home explaining everything and giving us useful tips. Even printed directions to the nearest petrol station. Did all the paperwork seamlessly when we collected. Had a bit of an issue with the battery when we got home but after sales were very helpful and here we are sitting enjoying the sunset with Duke who is loving life. STJ , you guys are amazing and we would recommend you to anyone looking for a motorhome! Thank you so much

Bought a 2001 Autosleeper Symbol earlier this year from STJ Motorhome’s. I had some initial problems with the van. First the gear change between 2/3 was ‘crunchy’ and then an intermittent (why is it always ‘intermittent’?) fault with some of the gauges. STJ Motorhome’s dealt with these faults quickly and with great courtesy. I cannot fault their customer service and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I've just had a seat belt and airbag sensor replaced in my Hymer motorhome by Chris the technician at STJ Motorhomes. Chris was friendly helpful and very knowledgeable. The problem was diagnosed to be the sensor which was replaced with a spare within an hour. He took the time to explain what he was doing and even had the cab floor cleaned before putting the carpets back. The owner and staff I met were equally friendly and helpful. I will be a regular customer from now on. Highly recommended.

We had a really good experience with STJ. We live a couple of hours away so rang in advance to see if the motorhome that we wanted to view was still there. We dealt mainly with John, in person and via email and telephone. He was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Being first time buyers it can be quite daunting but he helped us with the viewing and all the paperwork. When we arrived we were left alone to view the motorhome, there was absolutely no pressure to buy, John popped back now and then to answer our questions. With intention to buy, we took a test drive. I thought that the quality of the motorhome was correct for the price. We put a deposit down and had to wait for a month for it to ready but in the mean time we were keeping in contact with John. On collection day we had a full handover with how to work everything and all of our questions were answered. I waited this long to write a review in case we wasn't happy with our purchase, but we've had our motorhome 2 months now and we are loving it. I can definitely recommend using STJ, excellent customer service. Thanks John.

After being told by another awning company that I couldn't have an awning fitted to my transit vans rhino roof rack STJ pulled out all the stops and done a great job fitting it.. I'm so happy, 10 out of 10 and highly recomended.. ?

I cant speak highly enough of STJ! Absolutely great service. Had a problem with my motorhome a few days before a long trip and, despite being busy, they fitted me in and made it as good as new. Saved me missing my trip and losing the money on the sites I had booked.
100% will be back and will use them for all future work.
