Very happy with EV Bandit due primarily because of their customer service and help with my order. Short story is, I ordered some new hubcaps. They were no longer in stock, and I was emailed some alternative options. I really wanted to ones I had ordered, so they researched within warehouses to see if they could locate a pair. They did in the Canada Warehouse, where they had them shipped down to me. I received exactly what I ordered and they followed through on what they said.
They checked in, made sure I was happy, got what I ordered, and appreciated the business. Good Customer Service is hard to find in today's world. So, when they go above and beyond, it's noted and a business I would order from again. Thank you

I chose S3xymodels because I could trust them with their installation. They were able to come to me for installation, bought the hitch parts directly from them, and FULL hitch installation (complex wiring for taillights that others would not do, Sean the installer was a professional and is trustworthy). John at S3xymodels made things seamless and easy to get things scheduled and delivered. They were great to talk to and very supportive even to help find me a trailer after my installation, which they didn’t need to. I trust their services in full. I placed an order with this business in December and received no communication. They charged my card, but would not respond to my emails. In mid January I started receiving parts of the order, with no contact information to return the items. I would recommend you go directly to Amazon to buy these items, much better customer service.
