Lovely reception and in very quiet industrial area with Ample free parking. Very knowledgeable mechanic and friendly. Did not get to take my car there for diagnostics due to a distant appointment date but if there was no rush, I would have.

Sold a car through a friend of mine in the trade.
The customer took it too this garage as a ABS sensor come on whilst driving the car. I agreed to have a new unit fitted by his garage of choice. When they had the car there they stated the car car was unsafe to drive as the steering wheel air bag rubber cover has a crease in it that’s been there 4 years and passed every mot. I’ve agreed to give the customer a full refund with out any questions. If this was a danger to anyone I wouldn’t have let my whole family drive the vehicle. I own a accident Bodyshop employing over 30 staff. Everyone is qualified beyond this back garage’s imagination.
If you don’t want to be lied too and ripped off stay well clear
And by the way i was Audi approved Bodyshop for one of Londons biggest Audi and Vw groups.

I had my aircon repaired last year August and it was trouble shot to be a pressure switch in the system preventing it to turn on. Now I had a similar issue with the aircon not coming on. Took it in today and lo and behold it’s the same pressure switch at fault. To my surprise Edward informed me that it is a warranty issue and he will order and replace it at no cost to me. Now this type of honesty is not very common nowadays. He could have spun me any story and made money from it.
Well, henceforth he will get all my business without doubt.
I can definitely recommend this business
